Walking and Sitting

Reliable dog walking and sitting services can be hard to find, but not anymore! The details below offer our basic services, which can be combined in whatever way suits the needs of you and your furry friend. We strive to provide a flexible, tailored and convenient service that makes your life (and your dog’s) as easy as possible! We offer a free initial consultation that does not commit you to using our services so that you can meet Becky and establish whether Colliers Woof is the right fit for you.  Whether you are looking for a regular dog walker or someone to pop in on the odd day while you’re at work, we can accommodate regular and adhoc customers and we will always try to cater for last minute requests, subject to availability.

Don’t forget to think big – we love going above and beyond for our clients!

House Visits

Do you have a new puppy that you’re worried about leaving at home? Or an older dog who needs a bit of company? Whether your dog is a puppy, a senior or anything in between, it can be worrying leaving them at home for extended periods of time. With our house visits, we can cater to their every need for half an hour to an hour, up to 2 times a day. We can play, cuddle, feed, water, help with training that you have started and clean up any accidents! If you have any specific requests for visits, we can try our best to accommodate those as well. If you would like updates on how your pet is doing, I can send pictures and videos as well!

Dog Sitting

The longer option to our house visits, sometimes you might be out for a long day and want some company for your dog. This can be as flexible and as long as you require, subject to availability, but we can promise that your dog will have lots of fun and be adored as if it were our own! Whatever your dog’s normal routine, we will follow it to a T and keep all of the usual rules that you have in the house. We know that it can be stressful leaving a member of the family, so rest assured that you will get frequent updates, pictures and videos to put your mind at ease!

F.A.Q.

Some of our most frequently asked questions for peace of mind!

Great, we are excited to meet you and your dog! First of all, fill out our enquiries page and we shall be in contact within 24 hours. We can then organise an initial consultation in which we can get all of the important information out of the way but, most importantly, we can introduce ourselves to you and your dog and discuss your tailored plan of effective but cheap dog care! If you think that we are the right fit for you, we can then get started right away.

At Colliers Woof, we believe that it is extremely important for dogs to get the necessary attention and for this reason we keep our walks to 4 dogs maximum, even if 2 of the dogs are from the same household.

We understand that all dogs are different and that some have a little trouble around others. Our one-on-one walks are the perfect solution, and these can be done at quieter times of the day to ensure that your dog is happy, comfortable and safe.

This very much depends on your schedule – if you will not be in, then we will need a key in order to pick up and drop off your dog. However, we take key safety extremely seriously and we are fully DBS checked.

We are based in Colliers Wood and service there and surrounding areas – Wimbledon, Tooting, Earlsfield, Merton, Morden and Mitcham. However, depending on the service, we can be flexible so get in touch if you are nearby and we can discuss your location!

As for times, we do walks at all times of the day, 7 days a week, so we can be extremely flexible.

Absolutely! A little bit of rain never hurt anybody, nor did some snow or wind. The only time that we will have to cancel a walk due to weather would be in extreme cases where there would be a safety risk. Otherwise, we walk in all weather and we will ensure that your dog has been dried off before returning them home.

As we are trained in animal first aid, we will be able to deal with some emergencies. However, if there is a more serious emergency, we shall run through the plan for this in our initial consultation. The safety and health of the dogs that we care for is always our number one priority, and we will seek help from a vet if we deem it necessary – however, we take steps to ensure dogs’ safety at all times.

We hold a DBS certificate and have full Public Liability insurance. We also hope that our initial consultation will put your mind at ease about entrusting your dog with us!
